The best place for physical therapy ever!They treat you as family, they are there for you and they try to accommodate you when you need. Megan, Marie, Yeli and Elliot are amazing! I did physical terapy with them for my knee replacement and now for my hip.I have just good things to say about all of them. Thank you guys very much! God bless you all! Obrigada ?

Recently used Ivy for shoulder therapy. At initial consultation was told I had no copay and 25 visits. The therapist was very good,but after 15 visits got a bill. They said they would investigate. Now am told they had wrong information about my co-pays and I am on the hook for $525. They say they can't write it off because they could lose their contract with insurance co. My advice to anyone going there, don't trust them about what your insurance covers!Update. Was contacted by Ivy,they were very gracious and we came to a mutual agreement. Very happy with how they responded to this issue.

Jenna is an excellent physical therapist. She is highly knowledgeable. She is very interested in figuring out why people are having the pain. She strives to get to the root cause of the problem. She works diligently with the patient to get rid of the pain and to address the problem in such a way that it will never return. Jenna engages the patients in conversation by cheerfully asking, "How was your weekend? What did you do this weekend? Do you have any pets? What type of music do you like?" Jenna challenges herself to please everyone. She asks the patients and coworkers for music requests, and then plays that type of music. I hope to not get injured in the future, but...read full review
