I’m a bit late with this review since we had our work done in May, but I wanted to highlight how easy it was to work with Mark Baker and the Atlas team.
Our AC system had failed, and we decided it made sense to replace the furnace and water heater at the same time. As I started getting estimates, I wasn’t prepared for how much the HVAC industry seems to have shifted toward high-pressure sales tactics with technicians acting more like sales reps, spending hours in your home with laminated binders, and a lot of “what can I do to earn your business today?” type of behavior.

Professional, excellent work, cleaned up after the job. Willing to come back out when my AC system needed extra work ; had to reopen a vent that was closed off 13 years ago, to improve cooling for one room.

Atlas Heating & Cooling Inc. provided outstanding service from start to finish. When our air conditioner stopped working, they responded quickly, which was a huge relief since we have three small kids at home. Their team was professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of our questions.
The installation crew did an excellent job and left the work area spotless when they finished. Their pricing was very competitive, and the 12-month no-interest payment plan made replacing our system much more manageable.
