Sue is amazing! She did a great job turning my very dark hair way lighter. Thought it would be impossible but she made it happen. She was super friendly and really knowledgeable about the products and hair in general. I had a ton of questions she was able to answer, and she made some suggestions as well. Very satisfied with the cut and color.

Although I requested and got a basic haircut. Diane is a wonderful designer. I have always requested her, since my first time there, about 4 years ago. She is very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend her.

Hair Cuttery is very convenient. The franchise has also stepped up their game with technology putting a check-in kiosk by the cashier you can check in at and not even have to deal with a human.My only real qualm is the price is getting up there and Hair Cuttery used to be where you could go to save money on a cut.Also, last time I went I heard a stylist tell her client at the end of the cut if he requests her next time it will be $37 and not the price of today's cut $26. It is a way to put a little extra money in the preferred stylists' pocket and I understand that but from the clients' perspective I like to see the same person, guess those days are gone or you will have...read full review
