Beyond basic plumbing, work involved new pipes and cutting through plaster and old tile. I knew this was a bigger job....had called other plumbers and they frankly wasted our time. The price was higher than another estimate, but the quality of the sewer inspection work, their knowledge, and the clear information they provided made it worth it. Protech responded to my request on Thumbtack the next morning and arrived within an hour. They fixed my boiler and thermostat in less than an hour and are coming back next week to replace my Thermostat. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and price.
