Scott is genuinely so nice and responds very quickly. We had made an appointment about our broken sump pump and had to cancel since it started working again. He said that’s good luck and didn’t give us a tough time. Genuinely nice guy and we will definitely go with him next time if any needs.

I have used them to do several projects in my house during a large remodeling. I have always been impressed with the responsiveness and the quality of their work. I have had them run gas lines, install showers, fix clogs, and much much more. They are the only people that I will be calling in the future. I highly recommend them.

I had purchased a new dishwasher from Home Depot who then said they couldn't install it (long story). It sat on my living room for 3 weeks until a friend recommended Borzell and Nubury.I am so happy I contacted them! I dealt with Scott and Tom. They were both very professional and friendly. Tom knew exactly what he needed to do to install my new dishwasher AND they took out the old one and haul it away.I would definitely use them again for any plumbing issue.
