I have used Brandon for 2 plumbing issues in my new home and both times he was great. He will assess your issue and provide a free estimate, and give you an honest run down of what he thinks will be the most cost effective way to handle something. The first time he visited to look at leaky basement pipes. When he came in, he smelled gas, and discovered a gas leak in 3 places (which our inspection had missed!). Luckily, he was able to quickly repair the issues. We weren’t living in the house yet but it was still scary and I was so grateful he found the issue. Had a water heater problem. He took my call immediately and discussed at length with me what was happening. Asked for nothing. It was even a holiday weekend. He is number one on my list for my next home issue.
