“I noticed a small leak on the old pipe attached to my new water heater (which was also installed by Plumbing Pals). I called and they were able to send out someone quickly. Anthony & John came out today and were courteous and professional. I was probably annoying them because we had JUST replaced the basement floors the night before and I REALLY was worried about getting water on the floor. However, they we very understanding and receptive to my concerns. They fixed the pipe quickly and were in&out in no time at all. Jamar Saunders from Zoom Drain came, diagnosed and treated the issue. Drain cleared and flowing like a champ.
Jamar was very professional and explained what he was doing throughout the process.
