“Called on Thursday for a service appointment. They came out that day for my AC unit. Turns out a new one was needed. (Not surprised by that news). Had a new unit installed the next day. “I noticed a small leak on the old pipe attached to my new water heater (which was also installed by Plumbing Pals). I called and they were able to send out someone quickly. Anthony & John came out today and were courteous and professional. I was probably annoying them because we had JUST replaced the basement floors the night before and I REALLY was worried about getting water on the floor. However, they we very understanding and receptive to my concerns. They fixed the pipe quickly and were in&out in no time at all. Very satisfied with their work & will continue to call for my plumbing needs.“

“Highly recommend!!! My Philly row house backyard drain clogged. I snaked it from the top (couldn’t get past the trap) and from the main drain in the basement, all to no avail.
Jamar Saunders from Zoom Drain came, diagnosed and treated the issue. Drain cleared and flowing like a champ.
Jamar was very professional and explained what he was doing throughout the process.
Hopefully I will never need their services again, but if I do, they will be my first call.

“Technician arrived within the time window quoted. Track arrival via text is a great feature. Technician explained to me the service actions he was doing. Did not make any mess!
Installation for new hvac furnace and a/c required due to malfunctioning old system (well, it was not old in years, but nonetheless was broken). Was finished by mid afternoon. Servicemen knowledgeable. Even when accidentally setting off smoke alarm, there was no panic !!!“
