“The service was excellent. The technician arrived promptly and replaced the hot water heater efficiently and quickly. The technician did a great job and was friendly. He answered all of my questions clearly and patiently. He is clearly a professional with a great deal of experience. I would highly recommend him, and will certainly contact him again should the need arise. A five-star service!”
“I had a great experience with Joseph’s Affordable Plumbing. I wanted to install a washer/dryer combo unit upstairs to make doing laundry easier for my mom, and they installed the new water supply lines and drain line for the unit.
The work was done quickly and professionally. I had expected that running the new plumbing would require opening up drywall and the basement ceiling, leaving me with additional patching and repair work afterward. Bob did an excellent job finding a better way to route the new drain line into the existing main drain stack without causing that extra damage.
I really appreciated the care he took to find the best solution instead of simply taking the easiest approach. The installation came out clean, professional, and with no additional repair work needed on my part.
Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Joseph’s Affordable Plumbing.”
