Kevin was efficient and helpful. He saved us from dealing with even more damage to our property. He gave recommendations as to the next steps we should take and even gave us contact information for contractors who might be able to help us. Tyleek Smith, the technician was very pleasant and professional. He explained the problem, got the heat system working again and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. The service I had from the Stallion team, Nick and Shawn, was thorough and for the first time identified the reason I have so much dust in my apartment. The remedy will not be complicated and my equipment will be cleaned afterward. The support office staff at Stallion, Tammy and Amy, are efficient and very helpful about setting up my service appointments. I appreciate all the alerts by text that identify the team coming to work on my equipment and identify their arrival time.“

A technician (Tashaun, who was great and very knowledgeable) was at my door within 15 minutes to assess the situation. He even ended up addressing the issue on the spot. I do recommend their services from my experiences.“

“I called Pipeline for a clogged sewer at the curb of my parents home in Aston. I was able to setup an appointment for the next day at 10am. The Tech (Derrick) arrived and popped the lid off the vent and determined the lateral line needed a Jet cleaning. Derrick went to work and within 45-minutes the clog was eliminated.
