“Called Horizon last night about a plumbing issue. They scheduled a visit for today. They called when the technician was on his wax and emailed me his name, picture and tracking so I would know exactly who was coming. Kevin arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem. He gave me the estimate which I approved. He was able to get everything fixed and working again in a jiffy. Did a great job and explained exactly what he had done. He was very informative and friendly. My daughter uses them all the time which is why I called, and will not hesitate to call again. They are great to work with.“
