Before he left he actually called his contact with me so I was able to schedule an appointment for an appraisal for water damage! So convenient. This appointment could not have gone better!“

“I called after hours (10:30 pm) the on call guy was 12 minutes from my house. He came right away and worked for 2 hours to unclog our pipe. Without leaving gross details, it wasn't the best working conditions. He was kind and chatted with us the whole time. It did cost just under $500, but if you saw what was happening, you would think $500 was ok. It's the 3rd time I've used Mr Rooter and I've been pleased every time.“
