Excellent experience! We were having issues with our AC unit and another company had said that we needed a new unit. We called Burnside for a 2nd opinion as they had done a great job replacing our hot water heater. Kurt diagnosed our problem quickly and fixed our unit for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!! We plan to use Burnside for all future plumbing and HVAC needs!

We first used Burnside after a neighbour's recommendation for a kitchen faucet and water filter replacement. The second time we called was for an emergency leak in the wall below our kitchen sink, which was completely unrelated to their previous work.

Mark responded promptly and came out at the first available opportunity. He did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing the issue. We're so glad we found a local neighbourhood business that is reliable, responsive, and consistently delivers great service. Highly recommend Burnside and Mark for any plumbing needs.

We hired Burnside to replace our kitchen and powder room faucets and shut-off valves. Justice and Pat were fantastic, very polite, they showed up on time and talked me through every step of the process. They tested everything and cleaned up before they left, and even helped coordinate with our HOA for the main water shut-off. The cost was more than I was expecting based on the estimate I received when I scheduled (mainly because it required two plumbers instead of one), but it was hardly an easy or straightforward job and the results were perfect, so I can't complain.
