I talked with Nicholas on the phone tonight about problems with my gas boiler and heating system. I had already received a repair quote from company: Fusion and wanted a second opinion before moving ahead. Nicholas was extremely friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about boiler repair, system diagnostics, and how the equipment was operating. We were dealing with short-cycling with our heating and AC system, and later that evening I called another HVAC company to check the unit. After a quick inspection, they pushed hard for a full system replacement right away and did not explain any repair options. The next day, I called for a second opinion and a technician came out soon after.
