Let’s just start off with I would 100% recommendation Rescue Rooter of Portland. Then entire experience from my first phone call to the end of the service was pleasant even if the reason I needed their help wasn’t lol We had a sink drain that was clogged. First I called and spoke with Terrie who answered all of my questions and was super friendly. I discussed with my husband about the multiple companies i called and their responses to our questions. Hands down, the original call sold me. One company I called never called me back and the other one had a person answer the phone who sounded annoyed I called.
