He seems truly happy to help customers, which is a rare find these days. I've been to the showroom 2x and spoken with him on the phone 3x and each time he is consistently helpful, chipper, and kind. He never rolls his eyes or makes you feel stupid for asking questions. Give them a call and ask for Wyatt! He's the best.“

“We waited 15 years to remodel our 50 year old kitchen. We chose Barker cabinets and have been tremendously pleased. Two big selling points, other than the high quality, was that they are made in America with American products. They arrived on time and the packaging and shipping was first class. Assembling was a breeze as every cabinet fit perfectly, however be prepared with either an impact driver or other electric screwdriver. I used both for the 46 cabinets and drawers. Any question was immediately answered and no question was too small. Our color was Dover White and material was maple. Once again, outstanding quality and paint. The slides and hinges are top of the line and the opening and closing of a heavy drawer is a pleasure! I did pay for one month of the Chief Architecture software and it was worth every penny of the $250. Barker's templates are included and therefore one can accurately design and fit any of the cabinets. Their website is also well laid out and easy to use with excellent descriptions of each cabinet. We would highly recommend Barker for every reason I have stated and you will be tremendously pleased with the product.“

“Kayed and his whole team were wonderful to work with. We added a master suite, another bedroom, moved windows and an interior hallway, approx. 500 sq. ft. As well as a new roof on the entire house. From the excavation to the final inspection the job went smoothly. We have been dreaming about this addition to our home since 2018 and to see it actually completed in 6 months is an amazing relief. We were not Evergreen's typical job, as we are doing all interior finishes ourselves. There were times they had to wait on us for the next step. “Our company engaged Kami Gray Interiors to design the interior of the units at our multi-family project, The Robert in N. Portland. Additionally, we asked that she create a space in the lobby that had the aesthetic of a hip hotel lobby. Kami and her team nailed it. The unit interiors are modern and timeless and beyond their appearance; the selections were thoughtfully chosen for their durability as well. Kami's design in the lobby exceeded our high expectations. We wanted to create a community space that feels cozy and inviting and felt more like a hotel than an apartment building. Kami used a combination of materials to pull the space together; including the addition of a fireplace, a brick accent wall, and a unique tile fireplace surround to bring the space together. Additionally, her choices for furnishings, lighting, and artwork finished the space to give it a comfortable lounge feel. They let us know when they were coming and going, always cleaned up each day, and were respectful of the property - kids and pets too. They also always had several people checking for nails on the ground repetitively and cleaning up debris. They also warned myself and my kids to watch for nails while outside when they were working. “I needed a big remodel project when we moved into our house 3 years ago.
I was having a hard time finding a contractor to help with the remodel. He was referred by another friend and I couldn’t have been luckier.

Bruce a General Contractor, is very experienced in all trades and is well networked and connected with many of them.

On his first visit to our project, he discovered some issues at a corner of the house, including a 2” + sag at one big corner of the house. He was able to do some structural repairs to level the area. This could have been way worse had I proceeded with other work without this repair.

Bruce did all my structural framing and other work including fixing other missed repairs, demo work, shored up floor framing, formed and placed concrete, laid down underlayment, some exterior siding and prep for some of the other trades.

We really appreciated his experience with planning the layout of the remodel as well. While things may look good on paper or plans, it’s common that ideas don’t always work once you start building. He was great at picking those things out and giving suggestions on how to tweak the drawings.

In the end, we couldn’t be happier with how our project turned out.
