I ordered my kitchen doors on 11/13/23 and received them on 1/2/24. All doors came as ordered to the exact specs! I purchased a jig to install the soft close hinges. Piece of cake, even for a novice woodworker! The drawer fronts were a little more challenging. All needed a handmade custom jig to ensure even spacing/placement. All in all, extremely happy with company, customer service, product and final cost! Saved thousands compared to box store prices..
We had existing custom cabinets so doors and drawer sizing was a bit tricky. Also had questions about different type hinges and mounts. Emailed them and got a quick response but just on the side of caution we texted and requested additional info and within minutes a specialist called to answer our last few questions. Drawer pieces arrived in impeccable condition! They were just what I ordered. Easy to assemble and notch for installing blum slides. All worked out as shown on the U-Tube video from their site.
