Good quality cabinet doors and hinges. Customer service was responsive and helpful, they even noticed an error in my order and contacted me to correct it so the doors were correctly made. I am ordering more from this company and recommend it to others.
I am very satisfied with Barker Cabinets and Barker Door overall. I think for experienced DIY'ers, these represent a very high quality alternative to a custom cabinet shop, at a 30-50% discount for similar quality, in my experience. That does not factor in any design, assembly, install or finish costs -- if you are going to use third parties for that then Barker may not result in as much savings.
I only give them 4 stars, not 5, as I am less than thrilled with the quality of the interior finish on the Barker Modern cabinets I ordered. The gray finish easily chips at the edges, and is less durable and, in my opinion, less appealing than the standard birch finish....read full review
Have done a few built-ins and a kitchenette with Barker. Excellent quality. These are heavy duty, 50-year cabinets. The paint job was also excellent. Fast and communicative help. Overall just an exceptional outfit.
