“I received a referral to this business from a friend. I called and Micah came over the very next day to look at our issue. We needed a new AC unit and decided to replace our furnace at the same time. They had it up and running within a week of my initial call which was great because we were right in the middle of a heat wave! Two other companies we had bid the project were booked 4 weeks out and were much more expensive. They didn't try to upsell us or recommend things we didn't need. Extra kudos for Micah who came over on a Sunday evening (he offered....!! I was willing to wait until Monday) when I thought there was a problem with the new system. Turns out it was just operator error and he graciously taught me some new things about the AC unit I didn't know. :) Highly recommend!!“
