My daughter and I have over 40 years experience as commercial brokers in Oregon and Washington. From time to time we’ve sold commercial properties in the gorge and farm communities and on Mount Hood that have septic rather than public sewer systems. For years we used a family owned operation that sold six or seven years ago And have found for our clients outrageous pricing for Septic Cleaning and maintenance. When we had our 1500 gallon combination tank cleaned today, we were pleasantly surprised, not only with the pricing, but with their on-time service, professional communications, an early morning phone call, reminding us of today’s schedule service. After cleaning and washing down the tank and repairing the immersion pump, the system is good to go at a fraction of the price of the other quotes we received from Companies who’ve been using for the last 5 to 7 years in the gorge and on Mount Hood. For me, this was a complicated bathroom
remodel that required the subfloor and floor joists to be reworked to accommodate the Ebbe linear drain. Watching their craftsmanship was impressive.

We waited a long time to have our deck built and had several quotes. We couldn't be happier with Carl and his team. Carl saved us money and was always available for any questions. It took about 3 weeks to finish. Brandon, Landon and Brian were always on time and ready to work. They work great as a team and did an amazing job (as you can see from the pictures). The deck is made of Ipe (epay). It is the best wood out there. We were very concerned about our German Shepherds scratching the wood with their nails. Carl recommended Ipe because it's so hard and he was right. No scratches, no dents, even insects can't penetrate and it's maintenance free. We were very lucky to find them and love the finished product!

We had our wedding here and it was so beautiful! All the staff are incredibly helpful. We stayed in the dorm rooms and it was so fun. Their caterer Suzanne Kline catered our wedding dinner as well as 2 breakfasts during the weekend. Her food was amazing and many people said it was the best wedding food they had had.

Absolutely amazing! Eric is not only very kind but always shows a genuine interest into you as a person. I never feel like just another patient but more like old friends catching up. Eric does an amazing job at explaining what he's doing and answers any questions you might have with ease. The office staff are easy to work with and know what they're doing. Time slots are very very flexible and easy to change. While his office maybe a little bit out of the way, it's worth the drive. Finding some who genuinely cares this much about you and your health is too much of a rarity these days to pass up.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Garner Plumbing Co. – Technician: Mitchell Beers I want to take a moment to recognize Gardner Plumbing Co., and especially technician Mitchell Beers, for exceptional service and integrity. We were working through our home insurance after noticing a loud noise coming from our water heater and water collecting in the drain pan underneath. I even posted about it in a community Facebook group, and nearly everyone advised that the water heater likely needed to be replaced. The first plumbing company sent by our insurance took less than a minute to look at it and immediately said the unit needed to be fully replaced—even though it was only two years old. We were told this could cost us up to $1,200 out of pocket, despite already having spent about $800 previously to bring it up to code. After pushing the issue, we were advised that since the unit was still under manufacturer warranty, another company would come out. That’s when Gardner Plumbing Co. sent Mitchell. Mitchell took his time, thoroughly inspected every component, and truly assessed the situation rather than jumping to conclusions. He identified that the issue was not the water heater itself, but a hose at the top that had slipped and was causing the leaking and condensation, which in turn created the noise and water buildup. A small adjustment and minor fix later—no more noise, no more leaking, and the water heater was in perfect working condition. What stood out the most was Mitchell’s honesty and professionalism. He easily could have recommended a replacement like others did, but instead he relied on his expertise and integrity. Because of him, we avoided an unnecessary replacement and likely saved around $1,200, which makes a huge difference—especially during the holidays. I made sure to thank him and told him that if more people worked with the honesty and care that he does, we’d all be in a better place. This review isn’t about complaining—it’s about recognizing excellent work and a truly good human being. Mandy has always done such a fabulous job with my hair. She cut my hair for years, and I was so sad to move. I still sometimes have her cut my hair when I'm visiting, because I have yet to find a better hair stylist!The studio is also very nice and welcoming.

I had what I thought was just a painting job -- Jay (who I'm SO happy is a neighbor!) showed me where wood was rotting, drainage was compromised, and a few other things. He fixed these amazingly well and I couldn't be more satisfied. Definitely one of the best ever!
I have been seeing Jewls for about 5 years, and besides healing my body and finally allowing me to live a back pain-free life, most importantly healed my soul too. Her holistic approach helped me enjoy my life, understand my desk job posture habits, encouraged me to start yoga and stretching, she helped with my supplement deficiency needs and helped me work on healing my childhood trauma. It is a clean, quiet environment, and i wouldn't just trust anyone to get sharp needles all over my body, but i trusted her, and i never regretted it since. During the massage sessions with her, especially the cranio-sacral, i am finally able to slow down my thoughts and relax. I absolutely love her holistic approach, and i can not imagine having to move and not go to see her on a monthly basis.
I couldn't recommend Anna Zell more highly! I was so impressed with her care, thoughtfulness, and desire to help and heal. She spends time listening and putting the puzzle pieces together, figuring out the root cause, and then seeking to help her patient feel better using all natural methods. Her knowledge and gentleness are off the charts. I felt as if I was healed after just talking with her!
Jayce is honest and is a pleasant person to deal with. He is professional, accommodating, and does things in a timely manner. I live in welches and was constantly having issues with my old gutters. He told me what I would need to stop my gutters from clogging and didn’t try to pressure me into getting all new gutters. His company also had more color choices than other companies. I highly recommend him if you are looking for new gutters or just to fix issues with your existing gutters.

I received a referral to this business from a friend. I called and Micah came over the very next day to look at our issue. We needed a new AC unit and decided to replace our furnace at the same time. They had it up and running within a week of my initial call which was great because we were right in the middle of a heat wave! Two other companies we had bid the project were booked 4 weeks out and were much more expensive. They didn't try to upsell us or recommend things we didn't need. Extra kudos for Micah who came over on a Sunday evening (he offered....!! I was willing to wait until Monday) when I thought there was a problem with the new system. Turns out it was just operator error and he graciously taught me some new things about the AC unit I didn't know. :) Highly recommend!!

I sought treatment at Oregon Trail Chiropractic Clinic in June, 2025 after an auto accident left me with hip, leg, lower back, neck and shoulder pain. I had chiropractic treatments 25 years ago for sciatica in NH, and my leg pain symptoms after the accident felt similar.
I want to highly recommend this clinic and all the staff who treated me. Dr. Chris Johnson, the chiropractor, is very skilled, sought to thoroughly understand my needs, was very clear in his explanations and helped me tremendously. His physical therapist, Kate, is gentle, knowledgeable and effective.
I tried acupuncture for the first time ever, and David the acupuncturist explained everything very well, alleviating my concerns; while I am not scared of needles, I was a bit wary. The treatment was very relaxing, mostly pain-free and I'm very glad I tried it.
Finally, I must applaud my massage therapist, Faren, who seemed to work miracles. She was so booked up that I didn't get to see her until later in my course of treatment, and this week, on only the second massage appointment with me, found the “trigger spot” in my hip that seemed to finish the elimination of my pain. After my recent session with her I felt so much better, I was able to walk my dog again for half-mile intervals, sleep through the night with no drugs, and generally feel very close to being fully healed. Faren is extremely skilled and I can see why her schedule is full!
I believe it was likely the combination of all these therapies that helped me, and I absolutely value all of their coordinated efforts. The front desk staff are the icing on this cake, as they are efficient, professional, friendly and extremely helpful.

She always spends as much time as is needed to answer all my questions; you can tell she truly cares about her patients as whole people, not just problems to solved. The entire team at Rose Natural is compassionate, knowledgeable and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I been getting my nails done here for about 6 months. I am pleased how they look and feel have never had a fungus either with the pedicure or my manicure. They all are friendly and I have a lot of laughs with them. They always make sure I have something the drink and comfortable. Salon is always clean.

Breanna’s been doing my hair for a year now and I’ve never been happier with my hair. I’ve had a lot of hair thinning / hair loss and shes helped me get my hair healthy and added beautiful extensions. I’m finally the blonde color I always aimed for too! Blew a tire heading out of town on a Sunday night and New’s Towing responded before USAA could even locate a business available. It was a very short wait for the driver to arrive and he was quick to get the vehicle loaded on the flatbed and towed to the nearest Les Schwab for drop off. I don’t get towed often so I can’t compare service to other companies but if you’re looking for quick and reliable, New’s Towing proved themselves trustworthy.
