I first met Ivan, Fred and the team years ago when a section of siding and window flashing on my old craftsman home needed repair due to improper installation during a remodel by a previous owner. I am hard to please, and was upset and frustrated by the issues with my home. Their knowledge and attention to detail both technical and aesthetic was exceptional. Their communication and professionalism top notch. Since then they have done roofing, siding, gutters, and extensive structural rebuilding on two garages for me, as well as a whole house roof, siding, and gutters on another project. “Tony and his crew did a phenomenal job with my house siding (August 2023). I had bids from 5 other siding contractors and companies, but went with Tony because he was the most professional, answered all my questions, looked at my house and garage thoroughly, gave me the best price, and to crown it all the new siding came repainted ~ almost the same color as my existing siding ~ so that I could cross that project off my list! The other contractors who had come didn't even mention this, so I faced an extra job and fee with them! The crew was great, they were so hard working, as well as experienced and knowledgable. The first day they tore off all the old siding, and in the next week+ they replaced any rotten boards, weatherproofed everything, put up the new siding and trim, and left the place super tidy at the end of every day. Tony walked around with me on the last day, and any outstanding little final touch-ups were done. Some neighbors and other passerby have even said how great it all looks now. Before, the old siding was peeling, dull and warped. Now it all just looks wonderful and really high quality! I am so pleased with this siding project and to have it all done going into the rainy season, and so happy to have chosen such a great company.“

His customer service is excellent - quick appointment, no hard sell, lots of comparison quotes that made his product sell itself. The installation process was seamless, quicker than I could imagine - one day and cleaned up 100%. When we paid up (nothing down, payment after installation) David had all the paperwork ready for our Energy Trust rebate and what we needed for Federal Tax credits. “Showed up on time and repaired my front door which was totally out of plumb and so was the wall. Somehow Jorge managed to fix it. He reattached trim, and caulked. It's like a new door. Took him six hours. They don't do painting, but I already knew that. Jorge also caulked a leaking skylight and included it in the original bid. Anderson is a little high on price, but you get what you pay for. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work.Also.......Jorge is a nice guy. Be sure to ask for him.“

“We ordered replacement windows from Brightside Windows & Doors. Due to supply line disruptions the windows were delayed. The replacement windows finally arrived & were installed 2 weeks ago. We love them. The replacement windows are triple pane.Our home is considerably quieter,no drafts of cold air & the heat pump runs a lot less. The installers were great & only took 1 day to install 14 windows & 1 slider.SUMMARY: It was worth the wait/delay.Order to install dates are shoter delays.8-16 weeksGilbert,AZ.Pablo H“

“I am so glad that we used this company to replace all of our windows and a front door (with sidelight). Julia was wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process from bid to project completion. Their bid was reasonable and they did not try to upsell me on anything I didn't truly need. The installation was really smooth with Mike and his team of installers (who have worked together for a long time). They obviously care about their work, were very efficient and clean, and communicated with us very well. They found rot when replacing our front door and made sure it was all removed and put back together just like new.
