From sale to installation, it was an overall pleasant experience. Ironically i was intending to replace some of my windows on the sides and front of my house, and so I was approached at the right time. I've already had several windows replaced by another company a few years back, which is now out of business, and I've found Brightside Windows to be better in regards to reflecting the summer heat in Houston.
We had 7 Brightside Windows installed last week. They replaced 50+ year old single pane aluminum windows with exterior storms attached. The difference is striking. Talk about a clear view!! Looking out almost seems like there are no windows at all. Windows operate quietly and smoothly. An earlier remodel miscalculation relocated our central AC compressor unit directly outside our bedroom window. I’d grown used to hearing the roar every time it fired up. That roar has been reduced to a hum.
The measuring and installation appointments were kept promptly. The installers worked and cleaned as they went. The finished product looks great.
