Design consultant Matt came over to do the initial estimate, very thorough and forthcoming with details about the products and services Lifetime offered. I went with the Milgard Trinsic windows. The cost for the one-day job was pretty reasonable, I thought. Seven weeks later, Zack and Jacob came over to install the windows. They were very friendly, respectful, and considerate of the house. Estimate was very clear and we even asked for a new estimate to break out all optional charges before we moved forward. During the process we had a couple small issues/misunderstandings that were quickly cleared up and fixed to our satisfaction. I have to replace every window in a new home we bought and he patiently took me through all of the different options and what was the best decision long term.
