We had two weather-beaten, dry-rotting, South-facing casement windows for a 1926 home replaced. EPS built architecturally correct wooden windows, and did a beautiful job in constructing and installing them.
The East Portland Sash team is fantastic! Geoffrey and his team did an amazing job restoring our 1950's sash windows. They took plenty of time to answer our questions and teach us about our windows while restoring them back into operation. The end product looks and works great. They kept the work areas clean and took great care while in our home. I'd use them again any time I need window work!
We had an unfortunate event of a coupe of rocks being thrown through a front window of our short term rental. The house was built in 1943 and the window was an original. I needed someone skilled in repair/replacement of old windows to replace the broken panel as quickly as possible. I restored other windows in the house myself, so I knew this was not a job for a typical window company.
