Eric came out to my house to install a whole house steam humidifier, kept me updated on the progress as well as walked me through the complete operations and maintenance of the system. “called Mark on Friday as my heat pump stopped working and had to use propane heater to keep house from freezing. Came by after work and fixed the problem explained care and feeding of heat pumps and furnace. He took his time and explained in terms I was able to understand, even though I am sure he would rather be home and relaxing. I now realize there is a lot to understanding a heating system. “I have a home warranty by the name of select home warranty , I was trying to find a HVAC company to service our unit , well the home warranty mentioned J&W but never even have them my info for work to get done , but SHW emailed me saying they dispatched them to our residentwhich was false . I immediately left HSWa message saying how I'm disappointed in HSW service/customer service etc ... Well they sent that message to The co owner Jason which was not directed for his company at all . He called me & we talked for several minutes & even offered to send a tech out as early as tomorrow which was really classy & professional after I talk with SHW supervisors tomorrow to remove my comment/review on J&W's site because my review was directed to the home warranty company only. Again Jason was very professional & ready to take care of our AC unit asap . I will definitely use his service in the near future as well as recommend J&W Heating and Air to friends & family . “Rusty came out and did my bi-yearly HVAC servicing, checked my thermostat, changed a filter, and provided a great deal of information about our system and getting the most out of it. Just like the technician who installed the new system in 2024, Rusty was personable, expedient, and highly knowledgeable. Highly recommend Air Express. I had to fight my home warranty company (First American), to use Air Express. I wouldn't consider another company.“

“Our Air Conditioning completely failed during a heatwave, making our home unbearable. I contacted 3 Heating and Cooling companies to come and look at it, and hopefully repair it as quickly as possible. The first two companies came, inspected the system, and both kept pushing me to have the system completely replaced, which would have been very costly in terms of money, complications, and time. I was very stressed about the whole thing. Baumers returned my call, and an extremely pleasant woman spoke to me. Her whole manner was confident, sympathetic, and calming. She scheduled Ted Baumer to come out the very next day. When Ted arrived, he listened carefully to my story, then inspected the air conditioner and its associated coil. Before I knew it, he was busy at work, repairing it--and in pouring rain! He clearly explained his findings, got it all repaired, and gave me a small invoice that saved me thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. We had an upgraded 2.5-ton Mitsubishi mini split installed by Allied Comfort Heating & Air yesterday, and we are extremely happy with the service. Glen W., Justine, and Steven were professional, friendly, fast, and very clean throughout the installation.

They did excellent work, answered our questions, and left everything spotless when they were finished. We highly recommend Allied Comfort and want to thank Glen, Justine, and Steven for a great experience!
