Had a mini split put in my house today. Tim and his crew were amazing. They did a fantastic job and we are very grateful for all their help. If anyone is considering Atlas for their home I would highly recommend them. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Our appt was scheduled 9:00-11:00 and Maysen called twice to check in and give updates. He got here and was very personable and knowledgeable, he showed me just what to do to keep our system in good working order. He explained the filter system and how they work. He was very professional and a very nice young man. We would be glad to welcome him back to service our system again.
They came up with a solution to not getting sufficient hot air to a distant bedroom. 3 other HVAC companies suggested things with fingers-crossed, which they hoped would work. Atlas made a couple of changes to the ductwork, which was done incorrectly when the house was built, and after a day, it seems to have rectified the problem.
