Had my mini split repaired because it wasn’t blowing cold. Jeff the technician was beyond friendly and professional. The office admin was also very pleasant to work with. Very reasonable diagnostic fee too. Very pleased!
Had National Heating and Air install three mini splits on our new construction ADU. The install went without issue but the units needed servicing one two occasions since install and they covered them both. Didn't try to navigate out of their warranty promises, just honored their word, came out a quickly fixed the unit. Solid folks.
