Of course, our system had to go out during the first hottest week of the year! We had a similar issue last summer, and the team explained that while they were able to get it running then, the system was over 20 years old and had sustained damage from pets.

This year, when it failed again, they offered to fix it but also gave us a detailed quote for a new system. We decided to move forward with the replacement, and the new system was installed on Wednesday. The team was fast, professional, and super friendly.
