Someone told us about Dynamic and Les was able to come out right away. He diagnosed that the former company that had worked on it messed up the electrical and it didn’t need to be replaced, simply fix the wiring. He had it up and running within hours. “called Mark on Friday as my heat pump stopped working and had to use propane heater to keep house from freezing. Came by after work and fixed the problem explained care and feeding of heat pumps and furnace. He took his time and explained in terms I was able to understand, even though I am sure he would rather be home and relaxing. I now realize there is a lot to understanding a heating system. “I called Stone Heating and Air on 3pm on a Friday with a dead ac unit. They offered me a Saturday appointment. I asked if it was possible to get someone today since my renter was hosting a birthday party on Saturday. By 6pm Friday the unit was up and running.I was surprised at the willingness to work a Saturday, let alone the willingness to reroute people and make things happen so quickly.As for my bill it was less than I have paid others just to come out and look at my other units.I recognize that they went above and beyond for this unique set of events and would never expect a business to be able to accommodate in this manner consistently. The underlying point id like to make is the ease and manner that they a took MY problem and quickly and professionally solved it.They are now in my short list of preferred service providers.Thank you for a going above and beyond, I hear you saved the Party!Update:WoW how time Flies, Stone has continued to take care of my rentals and primary dwelling. “I have a home warranty by the name of select home warranty , I was trying to find a HVAC company to service our unit , well the home warranty mentioned J&W but never even have them my info for work to get done , but SHW emailed me saying they dispatched them to our residentwhich was false . I immediately left HSWa message saying how I'm disappointed in HSW service/customer service etc ... Well they sent that message to The co owner Jason which was not directed for his company at all . He called me & we talked for several minutes & even offered to send a tech out as early as tomorrow which was really classy & professional after I talk with SHW supervisors tomorrow to remove my comment/review on J&W's site because my review was directed to the home warranty company only. Again Jason was very professional & ready to take care of our AC unit asap . I will definitely use his service in the near future as well as recommend J&W Heating and Air to friends & family . Definitely gets a (( 5⭐ rating from me ))“
“We hired Mountain Air to diagnose why our old HVAC system was so dirty. Dave and Mark found that we had a very dirty and contaminate air intake that was letting dirty air from the crawl space into our house. They designed a new intake and installed a "state of the art" new HVAC system that uses both a huge air filter and an UV air cleaning system. Dave also spent a lot of time cleaning the old metal air ducts that was much more effective than the last time we had it done by another company. The system works great and the amount of dust getting into the house was vastly reduced. Dave, Mark and their crew were great to work with and kept me updated on what they were doing and when the job would be completed. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work!Services: HVAC duct & vent repair“
