They had the best experience replacing the entire system, heating, cooling and water heater ASAP. They were quick to come out, helpful in the purchase process, quickly got on a schedule and had everything installed in 1 day. The install crew was top notch, friendly, respectful and walked through everything. Brandon came out within 30 minutes when the AC stopped working and fixed the capacitor on the unit in 10 minutes. Honest, professional and reliable!
Unit was not creating cool air. First technician was having difficulty with finding the problem. Then, Gabe came out and rapidly diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement fan. Came the next day and had it up and running properly quickly. He was very interactive. I’m very pleased with Southern Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning. 5 stars!
