My Heat Pump is serviced annually by Rogue Valley Heating. The service is very thorough, checking the operation of all components and cleaning the device to ensure continued proper operation. The heat pump replacement a few years ago was quite expensive and I want to be sure to keep the system running properly for many more years.
I would like to commend Rogue Valley Heating and Air for the outstanding service provided during the annual maintenance of our mini-split A/C system.
The technician, Jay, was exceptional throughout the entire process, ensuring the job was completed smoothly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable rate. He demonstrated a highly professional attitude and possessed extensive technical knowledge regarding our specific equipment.
For anyone seeking professional, top-tier ductless A/C services, I highly recommend requesting Jay for your maintenance needs.
