“Took a negative review to get help but they did send someone today to look at it and found that it was likely a manufacturers defect rather than an installation issue. Which if true makes me feel better but apparently there was a recall on most but not all of the products I purchased from them. They replaced the parts that were recalled in similar units and hopefully that will be the end of the issues. Will update if further issues or totally fixed. But giving the benefit of any doubt for now. Thank you to the owner who saw the review and intervened. As prior to that I certainly wasnt happy about picking them despite paying significantly more than other bids for the name and thought that they would stand behind their work over several less expensive options. Have been a long time customer and had always been happy with the results.“
