After having two other local, heating and plumbing services, come to give us quotes and telling us what they thought was wrong with our furnace, we didn’t have much hope for this company as well. Colton from NW Sundance services came to work on our furnaces. He was absolutely amazing – – knowledgeable and honest about what we needed and didn’t need! We are completely totally happy with the work they provided for us, and we will use them with our future needs.
Working with Erik to fix the plumbing issue was great! He's a gentleman, for sure. Faucet was fixed & improved! Erik is a skilled professional, a pleasure to work with & my choosy dog likes him, too.
Great service! Jeff was very knowledgeable and efficient. Now, we have hot water again. I could not get a new water heater and the water was running cold in the shower and doing washes. Jeff was on time, very pleasant and explained the job he was doing. Definitely impressed with the company!….Especially JEFF! ?
