I made a claim with American Home Shield (AHS) and they assigned NW Sundance Services to my claim. Sundance sent John to fix a leak under my sink and garbage disposal. He quickly assessed that the new PVC pipe had come loose, he tightened it, and the leak stopped. I was very impressed.
