I just want to say what an outstanding job Jeff did to get my furnace up and running in the snow storm. Jeff explained what needed to get done, he was professional, communicated what the issue so service. He was honest and polite. A thank you to Jeff for doing a great job! I am so impressed with the service I just received (and always receive) from Jacobs. My furnace stopped working the day before big storm and they made it to my place and took great care of me. Chase was able to determine the problem and get my heat back on within minutes! Thank you- I will continue to trust Jacobs with my HVAC!

These guys know what they’re doing. Had a terrible experience with another company where they tried to get me to buy things I didn’t need rather than fix the problem. Then Robert from Jacob’s stepped in and had us up and running in a few hours. Highly recommend this team!
