YAY! We got our new AC and furnace installed today. So happy with all the great peeps at Jacob’s Heating and Air Conditioning. From initial call to complete install. Bravo👏 to all. Called to inquire and spoke with Amanda who brought Karli into the conversation as a training opportunity as it was Karli’s first day on the job. 😁 Right off the bat I was impressed. Great company culture. Then James #1 who came out and bid the replacement of both our AC and furnace (27 years, it was a good run) to Michelle that scheduled our appointment dates to James #2 the job supervisor and clinching the superb service, Moses and Tony the installers. I manage a workout studio, and when our AC unit went down, this company was incredibly quick to get us on the schedule. The receptionist was so sweet and helpful, and the technician who came out was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He ran into a small hiccup while working on the unit but quickly came up with a solution and got us back up and running in no time!
