Jacobs Heating and Cooling has been a great company to work with. They installed a new gas furnace and cooling system at our house in December. Our sales person was informative, and after 6 months, and one routine service call, we feel very pleased with this company. The office staff is always helpful and friendly, and our service person Emma also was friendly and informative.
I believe one or two maintenance calls were included with our purchase, so I don't think we were charged for this call.
Our air conditioner broke right before one of the recent heat waves, and Jacobs Heating and Air Conditioning came through when we really needed them. I called and within a day they were out to give us a temporary fix so we could stay cool, then scheduled a full replacement for a few weeks later. Our old unit was about twelve years old and on its last legs, so getting that Band-Aid during the heat wave was a huge relief.
