Everyone was extremely kind and helpful and very quick to come out! Did the assessment and told us what needed to be fixed. I would highly recommend this place if anyone has any damage that needs to be fixed!
ProKleen was recommended to us through a realtor. Upon contacting ProKleen they were quick to set up an appointment and arrived on time at the site. Rusty was very detailed oriented and thorough on his walkthrough of the job. He gave numerous suggestions how things could be restored versus being replaced. He explained the process and what we could expect while answering our numerous questions. His estimate was extremely detailed with line items listed making it easy to understand. I have no doubts he will do an outstanding job on the project.
The guy was really nice and personable. I was able to get testing done the day I called. They only thing is I wish they would have wrote in comment section of the results of there professional opinion.
