“Lost power to a gate in Mt. Shasta. Several electrical contractors determined we had a break in the line from the electrical panel to the gate and quoted between $8000 to $13,000 to run a new line. Kurt came out and tested the circuit breaker first and in the process of testing under load, discovered a lost neutral in the transformer. Pacific Power fixed the lost neutral at no charge. It would have been a sad day to run a new line and find we still had no power to the gate. Cannot say enough good things about Kurt, he is punctual, professional and a cut above the rest.
