“I had a backed up drain from a clogged main I found Friday night. I thought I had called every rooter in Douglas County untill I found Pepe le Phew! Called him at 8:45 on Saturday morning and he was here by 11am. An hour and a half later and he was done and my bill was lower than I expected. Mitch was a man of a few words, but very good at what he does.“

“I had Alpha do my used furnace/heat pump installation. The salesman was motivated to get this done for me whereis other guys didn't want to at all. They scheduled the installer to come just a couple days later. All Alpha employees involved were fairly polite. Overall they did OK for me, I'm somewhat happy having my good working central air, but I was left with some desire. Considering the high cost, I was not super impressed with the installation - There was a large amount of foam in the vent(refrigerant lines were put thru there for lack of any other feasible route), however he did come remove most of it, but didn't seem interested in removing it all for maximum airflow. I expressed concern about the position of the furnace with one side was poking out about 1/4" - 1/2" more than the other side in the front(due to the imperfect dimensions of the furnace closet) but the installer went ahead with the project and screwed everything in place as is. The amount of wall cut out was slightly too much. I'll have to figure this all out myself unfortunately. The company thus far hasn't gotten back to me to make sure I was happy with the project other than request this review via text. The 4 stars represents the high cost vs the mediocre quality of the install, and no trim involved, besides a piece that covers only the top of the furnace closet opening. That about sums up my experience with Alpha Heating and Air.“
