“American Leak Detection was amazing! We knew we had a serious leak, and we first called Hukills to come find the leak. After 5 1/2 hours, and $1400, they left without finding anything. We called American Leak Detection and they came out and found the leak within 35 minutes, for less than half. They were fast, efficient and affordable. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Called Andrew who came out within a couple of hours for an issue with our toilet backing up into the bathtub when I couldn’t reach anyone else on a Friday. So glad I got them. He couldn’t reach the clog the first time after repeat attempts, but still didn’t charge. He came back the next morning with a connection who had a longer snake, and they ended up having to do a dig out, then installed a new clean out in the process. They were quick, it was done well, and the price was hundreds less than what I was quoted with other places. Couldn’t recommend them enough. “This comment is coming a little late but I have been incredibly sick due to toxic mold. I worked with Rusty and the woman in billing. They were the most kind hearted people while dealing with such a traumatic situation. Customer service was above and beyond. Rusty I want to give you a giant thank you for all of your help if you still remember my situation in the Poplar North apartment.
