“If I could give 10 stars I would. We've had several issues with our water pump this year and they have always come out right away, correctly diagnosed the problem, had our problem resolved by the end of their visit, and (dare I say it) don't charge enough for what they do! I wouldn't be surprised if other companies charged an arm and a leg for "emergency" services, and Tom has always been there when we need him. It doesn't get better than all this! Thanks to Nancy in the office and Andrew who comes out with Tom. You are all a rare breed these days!“
