He was prompt in calling me back and stayed on the phone with me to troubleshoot my pump. He stayed late at work to run me through all possible scenarios and once we identified the issue and it was determined it couldn’t be fixed until the next day he called back that evening just to see if everything worked out. Hands down the best customer service and more than we could have hoped for.“

The main drain was 100% clogged to our home, and while Mike couldn’t come immediately, he suggested a few things I could try. His suggestion was golden, and saved our holiday. Murphy Plumbing is the only call I’ll make in the future.“

He did a superior job with the reverse osmosis system..
Last year he installed a water heater, a toilet, and a new sink and faucet..
