I purchased carpet through Home Depot, with installation completed by Romanoff Renovations. My experience had both significant frustrations and a positive outcome, so I wanted to leave a balanced review.
One thing I did not like about the installation process is that the carpet arrived pre-cut from the warehouse without any manufacturer tags or packaging. As a customer, you're expected to sign that it's the correct product without any way to independently verify it. The paperwork matched my order, and the office was able to confirm it matched their bill of lading, but I still think customers should receive clear product identification before installation.

Jorge at Romanoff renovations did an absolutely amazing job installing our carpet. We’ve had carpet installed many times before, and this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. He was professional, respectful, clean, and truly went above and beyond. The carpet looks incredible and feels amazing. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. We highly recommend romanoff renovations and Jorge to anyone looking for top-quality carpet installation!
Romanoff Renovations was subcontracted by Home Depot to install LVP flooring on our 3rd floor bonus room. I experienced regular communication phone & email leading up to install. On installation day, one very hard working person (Stan) removed carpet, tack strips, installed flooring & transition pieces, and cut, installed and caulked quarter round trim—in one day! I’m very satisfied with the results. There are no gaps and not a single plank that I wouldn’t have used. He installed a staggered pattern so seams aren’t lined up. It looks like a brand new room. Highly recommend!
