That's our renovation listed as "Gresham Kitchen Remodel 2021." Let me explain the scope of the work. Our home is over 40 years old and has never been remodeled. Most of the kitchen cabinets were broken in some way, the floor was green vinyl and the countertop were yellow melamine, or something like it. The lights were florescent. So the kitchen was a complete gut. We needed plumbing moved in two instances and we needed electrical work done. In addition, we needed to have the old carpeting in the living room removed and also the removal of the odd landing near the front door that was a definite safety issue and which requires replacing the front door.
