I got the upgraded vapor barrier one step up from the basic. It was done several months ago but I just went down there and WOW it looks so nice! It's so clean down there. The vapor barrier is thicker and they affixed it up to the sides. I'm glad I spent a little more and got this better one. It's white too so it looks so clean. Thank you.

Racoons! Discovered I had been visited by a large racoon only by chance. Once I saw the vent cover had been smashed leading to the crawl space of my home, I searched reviews of companies that dealt with only crawl space issues. Through "This Old Home" program, I found Dr. Crawl Space. All of the people who worked with me through this process of destruction, feces and urine, were absolutely wonderful. Alex, the office manager was superb and Brandon, the project manager was terrific. Both were well versed in the damage that racoons can do and my house was no exception. Quanah at Dr. Crawlspace is the reason we booked. It seems like honesty and integrity are entirely missing from businesses these days and Quanah renewed our faith in humanity.We recently purchased a home and later found out that the crawl space had experienced some flooding on a regular basis. He showed up quickly, looked things over very thoroughly, and explained everything in detail, leaving room for me to ask questions. When I asked about adding on some work that another company recommended, he said that he could do that but it wasn't necessary to fix the issue.
