Dr. Namdari’s professional knowledge about hamsters and his confidence in performing PB’s mammary tumor removal surgery gave me the reassurance I needed to go ahead with the procedure. As I had hoped, the surgery was a complete success.

The hospital team has also been incredibly caring with their post-operative support, regularly following up on PB’s recovery. Today PB had her stitches removed during the follow-up appointment, and she is healing well — finally able to return to her normal life!

“I changed 4 vets before finding Sherbourne animal and I’ve been taking my 2 dogs to them for almost 2 years now. And I genuinely have only positive things to say. From their receptionists (shoutout Katie!) to their vet assistants and of course their doctors (shoutout Dr. Kelsick and Dr. Robson!) they are all so very sweet, friendly, helpful and understanding. It’s a complicated bureaucratic process in which small errors could lead to animals being quarantined at their destination, so we really appreciated the clinic’s care and attention to detail. When my dog had an emergency, he and his wonderful staff stayed with my senior dog until midnight to make sure he was stable after surgery. He had to stay overnight at the clinic, and they made sure he was comfortable and cared for. “We were referred for Orthopedic consultation and surgery for our 2 year old Frenchie. The premises are easily accessible, clean and well maintained but what truly stands out is the people. The receptionist, vet techs and veterinarians were outstanding in their approach, caring and compassion. We received regular telephone updates through surgery and afterwards which really helped to alleviate our concerns. We also received emailed reports with more clinical detail and instructions.
