“Brought my laptop to Raj on Friday morning, fearing it was not fixable. Later that day, I received a call from him confirming my fears.After talking, Raj said he'd try to get the data from the laptop, but that I was probably best to buy something new.And so I started rushing to find a replacement, expecting to have to buy something new that weekend.Lo and behold, Raj messages me Saturday night after midnight (dedication!) that he's managed to get it back up and running.In the end, it took a fresh install but that's certainly less expensive than a new one would have been.Great service!“

“I visited Alary Technologies for a MacBook issue this week. The service when I arrived was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The staff member I spoke to was accommodating as I could only give up my laptop for the day. He was able to do my basic diagnostic (more in depth would have required longer time which i did not have) and inform me of what to do next. Since it required no follow up with them They did my diagnostic free of charge. I got my computer back very clean. The service here was great, and very accommodating, would highly recommend.“

“I've been going to this location on occasion for several years and it's cool to see that this location has expanded its sqft'age. I still remember when it was such a narrow and cramped location compared to the others but it's seen so much improvement. As usual, one of the best places for computer/networking/electronics/etc especially compared to other big box stores. Good to support a Canadian company.“

“5 stars for very helpful staff always! Today I tried to make a purchase of the FireTV system in person 10 minutes before store closing at the Ajax location, all electronic means to pay were down and didn't have cash, all cards rejected. Staff were all very professional in informing us the systems were down, felt bad for them at the end of their day though to have to go through this with folks lined up at the checkouts and not able to purchase at the store. I did find what I wanted on Amazon when I got home and was able to purchase a Fire TV remote by itself so I saved about $50 in the end not having to purchase the whole system from Best Buy.“

“Amazing customer service by two employees. Austin ,head of mobile and Ken, store lead. We went on Friday for phones and the portal was down so Ken took our names and set the phones aside. When we went on Saturday Ken came up to us and said we would be served next so we didn't have to wait in line. He took us to a different area so the other customers wouldn't think we skipped the line. When the numbers wouldn't port Austin came over to help and found a way to create an account while there was a temporary port request from another try at a different store. Austin also said we could go home as it took a while (no fault of his) and he would get the port finished for us. Both employees really went above and beyond. I will recommend this store to all my friends.“
