I went there and Ed looked at my laptop and I told him about the issue. He described to me about details of it's fixation and the fee. Then, he called me and updated me for during and the price. It took him less than one day to do it. When he called me and told me it is ready, I was surprised and did not expect to be ready so fast. It is working great and I am happy that I trust my friend to let me know about this amazing place and grateful that he fixed my laptop. He is patient, calm, friendly, and listens to your questions or concerns.“

I have a healthcare business and on my busy day at work, my main server power supply unit failed and I had to shut down the office while the patients were at waiting room. I called two other Canada computer stored close by and they both refused to help with showing no compassion about the nature of urgency or offering alternatives help.

Then I called Canada Computer at Richmond Hill and spoke to service technician- Tony

Although he didn’t commit that my problem would be resolved instantly, he listened and ask me to bring the server so he can diagnose it.. once I arrived, he checked and diagnosed the server professionally and within. 10-15 min the server was up and running.

This shows the professional ethics of Tony and his deep compassionate about customer care and customer satisfaction.
