5 stars for very helpful staff always! Today I tried to make a purchase of the FireTV system in person 10 minutes before store closing at the Ajax location, all electronic means to pay were down and didn't have cash, all cards rejected. Staff were all very professional in informing us the systems were down, felt bad for them at the end of their day though to have to go through this with folks lined up at the checkouts and not able to purchase at the store. I did find what I wanted on Amazon when I got home and was able to purchase a Fire TV remote by itself so I saved about $50 in the end not having to purchase the whole system from Best Buy.

On August 9, 2023, we made a trip to Best Buy in order to facilitate an exchange. A Jabra Elite 7 had been given to me as a birthday gift, but upon inspection, it was apparent that the unit I received was damaged and potentially used. As we entered the store, we were greeted warmly and directed to the return counter. The staff present at the counter exhibited a high level of professionalism, extending their apologies for the inconvenience. They promptly arranged for a new unit to be brought forward, and the exchange process was efficiently completed. Overall, the experience was quite positive.
