Today, after the Elexicon power outage, I had an emergency with my seven year old Windows 11 PC (my son's former gaming PC, which he built from scratch with components from CC, that I now use for work-from-home) as it just wouldn't boot, no matter what we tried.
MCKENZIE painstakingly checked all the components until he identified the issue (a dead hybrid D drive). It was replaced on the spot, and I'll be back in business as soon as I download the backup from the cloud. What a relief!

Brought my prebuilt in for a repair and albeit a simple issue, they got it done in less than 24hrs. Staff is very friendly too, will definitely be coming here more often!
