I am so glad I came here when I had a problem with my high end gaming PC instead of trying to diagnose and fix the problem on my own. I came in with my own research thinking one thing, but their diagnostics revealed the true culprit that I would have never even thought of checking.
The technician that helped me was Mackenzie, and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Fantastic customer service!
The young man at the cash noticed I was about to buy a filament known to have some issues, and even though it was only a couple of minutes before closing, he took the time to ask if I'd used it before.
When I mentioned I was new to 3D printing, he patiently explained the differences between filament brands, sub-brands, and the temperatures at which they perform best. I left with a much better understanding of filaments and with some that they were confident would work well for my needs. It printed beautifully right out of the box with zero issues.

From the moment we entered the store all staff were friendly. Employee Yan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.I highly recommend them and will absolutely be returning in the future. I went to Best Buy prior to going to this location but ended up making the purchase at this location.
