We had a leaking boiler making a big mess in the basement. We were referred to South Service and are glad we were. Mike came over and quickly diagnosed the problem. Work was done in a timely and professional manor. We're so glad to have called Mike and the team at South Service.
My 20 year old furnace had a problem with the mother board. My son in law recommended South Service Heating and Air Conditioning. They sent a service tech. I decided because of the age of the furnace I would get a new one. Owner Michael came the next day and gave me a quote. I contacted the office and spoke to Gwen. A very pleasant and friendly lady. Excellent customer service. Made arrangements to install furnace on Easter Monday with Michael. I got a call from Gwen suggesting maybe do the job on Tuesday instead because supplier may be closed for Easter. Smart thinking but if I wanted to do it on Monday they would do it.
