So shut off valve to the tank, unplug the vacuum fan, and called Reliance. Service went through what to do and book us an appointment with a technician for later in the morning. At 10:15am our technician Doug Glover was at our door. From the moment he walked in, until the job was done, he was a complete gentleman. Very polite and proficient in his trade. The technicians were on time and very professional. It was an AC replacement. From Start to finish dealing with the Comfort Advisor Brandon and the two technicians everything went very smooth. After talking to Brandon about my options the technicians came the next day and did the install in less than 3hrs.
