“As first-time homeowners embarking on a renovation, we were keen to find an experienced and trustworthy renovator, particularly as we planned to live in our home through the renovation. We wanted to work with someone who would be organized, thorough, and able to complete a job on schedule. After meeting with a few contractors, we decided to go with Andrei and his team from Sosna because of their transparency, detailed processes, and professionalism. Sosna uses detailed forms and checklists at every stage, which helped guide us through the process and ensured nothing was missed.

Every step of the renovation process – from design to final walkthrough – was smooth. We enjoyed our weekly meetings with designer Chantal and assistant Tiffany, who understood our style and presented a beautiful vision for our kitchen and master ensuite.

The construction team was skilled and professional. They kept a very tidy job site, were respectful of our home, and were friendly toward to our young child and nervous dog, which was greatly appreciated. We were so thankful to work with site manager Adam Gustof, who was kind, hard-working, meticulous, and kept us updated on the project’s progress with frequent communication. Adam was able to address potential issues before they became problems. For example, prior to installation of our kitchen backsplash, he noticed a discrepancy and had the installers remeasure and cut the piece to his satisfaction by the next day.

Our project finished ahead of schedule, and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. We plan on enjoying these beautiful and functional spaces for many years to come. We had high expectations going into our renovation, and Sosna exceeded them. We would not hesitate to recommend Sosna and will use them again for any future renovation needs.“
