Olga, our designer, has done an excellent job with the kitchen and bathroom designs and always explained why she made specific recommendations. She provided multiple design options to chose from, integrated our suggestions and sought constant feedback to make sure we were happy and within the budget guidelines. The design process has been well organized and her attention to detail has been impressive.
Selecting fixtures, flooring, countertops, etc. was not as daunting as we expected because Olga and her team made sure that we stayed focused and on budget.

After the design phase we decided to proceed with the renovation with an agreed budget and timeline (3 months). The renovation included two bathrooms and a kitchen. We had a cheap renovation of the bathrooms done 25 years previously and the kitchen was untouched for 35 years. The bathroom renovations included removal of an old shower with corroded plumbing and a Jacuzzi tub/shower combination. A closet in one of the adjoining bedrooms was removed to accommodate a large walk in shower and a custom wardrobe was added to the bedroom to replace the closet. The kitchen reno included more counter space with granite countertops, increased storage and a large central island. We also had the electrical upgraded to a 220 Volt system, a backflow valve installed in the basement to prevent sewage backup and additional insulation added in the exterior walls of the kitchen and bathrooms. We were able to observe the progress over the ensuing 3 months and were impressed with the quality of the construction and the expertise of the workers who included Tony, Vitaly, the electrician and plumber all supervised by Roman (the site supervisor). Olga (the designer) continued to be involved throughout the construction phase when design options such as tile placement, flooring orientation and handle placement on cupboards was required. She was meticulous in her attention to detail and dedication to the project. Overall the quality of the materials and fixtures was excellent as well as the workmanship. When an unforeseen leak occurred in some corroded drains in a lower level the problem was quickly addressed by Roman and immediately fixed at a minimal additional cost. We are very happy with the final outcome and the project was finished within budget and 10 days earlier than projected. The Sosna team is top notch, highly experienced and we would not hesitate to use them again. Of note is the fact that they have recently won a design award for one of their renovation projects in 2025 and have multiple previous awards for their work.”
