“We wanted new wooden siding on the house and a fence. We contacted Dmitry to discuss the project, and he gave us an estimate for the whole project. We set the start day and time. The construction team was knowledgeable. Additionally, Dmitry recommended to use larch for the siding and fence, which we went with. It came out extremely well and more interesting than any other sorts of lumber. If I had any concerns I contacted Dmitry about it directly and he always responded right away. He was on-site, or I could reach him on the phone with no issues. Great experience.“

“We looked for a general contractor for a few months until we found Matt. He showed up on time for estimates. After we spoke with him, we felt comfortable. We did a full interior renovation of our home and I have to say Matt and his team, where on site Monday to Saturday right at 8 am sharp to start work. Matt was always accessible and would respond promptly. Our project from start to finish took 4 months, just a little over the estimated timeline, but what I love about this contractor is that he does one job at a time, which is often difficult to find nowadays, so it never feels that the job is stalling. It's been over a year now, since we returned to our renovated home, and we love it, and any issues that come up, Matt has come back to fix them, which is what truly separates him from others. He stands by his word, and also the reason I waited to write this review to see if he would. Like I said, we did a full renovation, basement, main floor and second floor. He was also very mindful of keeping us within our budget, as we started adding items, and as with any job unexpected things would arise. When I did a client reference, as his previous clients praised his work, and we even went to see it which made us say "yes" to him. We love our home and we definitely receive a lot of compliments. He is very professional and will treat your home like his, while he is working on it. You often hear horror stories about contractors and/or it takes a while to get a hold of them. I can say that was never the case with Matt and to this day, if I call him for questions he responds promptly. Thank you Matt and team for our lovely home.“
